Skylar Morales (she/her) began as a bookstore assistant at Tía Chucha’s in 2023. While attending Academy of the Canyons and College of the Canyons as a middle college high school student, Skylar obtained a Social Justice Studies AA, Sociology AA, and Liberal Arts and Sciences Social Science Emphasis CSU GE AA. Her love for social emotional learning, diversity within higher education, youth mentorship, and community development know no bounds. When she is not in school or at Tía Chucha’s, you can find her watching soccer, listening to music, exploring Los Angeles, or spending time with her family and friends.
